My students all are challenged with learning the English language as well as adjusting to their first year in school. Students need to be ready for world beginning in Kindergarten. Technology is a powerful way for me to better differentiated my lessons and their learning activities. I'm requesting four HP Chromebook laptop computers which will be used in a variety of ways to support my students' language acquisition and general knowledge. I'll create different learning centers where students can access education websites such as PSB Kids and Starfall. When students are excited about learning it becomes more meaningful and more effective. Computers will be around for a very long time and students need to be able to handle this technology and be exposed to it at a young age. By supplying my classroom with these computers you will be helping them grow and achieve higher goals than they would without the computers.
