In first grade, we do a lot of activities with our smart board, it keeps them engaged in the lesson. We do not have a rug, so currently they have to sit on the cold tile floor. I would love a colorful and comfortable space where they can go for smart board lessons and read alouds. The chair pockets will allow each student to keep a dry erase board at the seat so that I can do easy, quick check-ins after teaching a lesson. All of these new items will add excitement to our room, keep them engaged as well as excited to be in our room! Especially the LED lights!
