I have 23 wonderful students who are eager to learn each and every day they walk into the room. Our school is located south of Oklahoma City and we are a Title I school. Supplies and funding are always needed and can be a struggle to get sometimes. Our school is almost 90% free or reduced-price lunch. Despite any obstacles or hardships they may face, my students are persistent and determined to succeed. My class is a very active, social, and energetic group; continually wanting to dance, move, and stretch their legs while learning. Several of the kids do not use their chairs for a majority of the day. Having different options for them to use while learning in the way best for them would be perfect.
