I have a group of active and excited students this year with diverse learning styles and needs. They love to move around to get their wiggles out and also find a comfortable place to focus. Hands on and minds on learning will be the most beneficial way for my students to learn and grow this year. This year my students will learn to read, write, count, explore and inquire into the world around them. First grade is such an exciting time to see life long learners grow. There is intense growth, not only in student's academics, but also their independence, self awareness, and social & emotional learning.

About my class
