Hello! This is my 6th year teaching special education. I’ve worked in autism center based programs, programs for students with trauma and emotional challenges as well as students with Down Syndrome, Williams Syndrome, dyslexia and intellectual challenges. I currently work in an AIM program (achieving independence through modifications) K-5 classroom program for students with autism. As I get to know the needs of our classroom community, I would like to further personalize interventions for each student as to help them reach their full potential! And to also support our amazing paraprofessional team that work so hard in the best interests of our students! Inclusion matters and we appreciate your support! Jess and the AIM team
