We are a Title I school that houses amazing students. Unfortunately, it is also one of the lowest-income neighborhoods, as students rely on school for free lunch, supplies, and many other supplies.
My projects will provide individual essential supplies needed while at home or at school. Individual supplies will limit cross-contamination while at school and at home they will have just right supplies to follow the lesson and activity! We are a Title I, a low-income school located in Waukegan, Illinois. I am so lucky to be teaching wonderful 1st graders, from a diversity of backgrounds. Unfortunately, our district is a hotspot for the COVID-19 and we are facing uncertain times since our imposed Distance Learning since March. Many of our families are facing hardships, becoming jobless, and not having the essential gear to function during this crisis. Thank you for stopping by and sharing your kindness! YOU make a difference!
