I teach art to 8th, 9th,10th, 11th and 12th graders in an urban, inner city highschool in Tulsa, Oklahoma called Will Rogers College High. The students come from every socioeconomic class and are very ethnically diverse. Students in my classroom feel safe and are eager to try new things! My only classroom rule is to say YES to art! Respect for: Y-ourself, E-achother and S-upplies! My hope is for each of my students to leave my classroom better equipped to be the most creative person they can be!
