Everyone loves comfy and cozy classrooms. My goal is to create a writing space where my students become the writers they were born to be. Alternative seating gives my students the freedom that a traditional classroom seating arrangement can't offer. Students will be entering an environment where they want to focus on learning and writing. I want students to embrace the openness of a flexible seating layout, and add that flair to their own writing. Writing and composition in a traditional classroom setting is not always the most conducive environment. Students get bored, tired and inattentive with most desk layouts. A flexible seating option will benefit those alternative learners, ADD & ADHD students. I want everyone to be successful, I think giving students the freedom of flexible seating will encourage them to be more successful!
