In an environment where my students hear a lot of "NO's", I want to say "YES you can". Students in our urban district are faced with a lot of negative obstacles that could deter them from even trying to learn new things. However, a helping hand encourages, inspires, and brings hope to these students. From misplaced homes to wondering who's going to feed them when they get home, I want my students to know that what I can offer them will always be a constant - support. With each new project, I want to offer them another "YES".

About my class
