Most of my students are children of active duty military men and women serving our country. This will be the first school experience for many of my in-coming students. These students have moved many times in their young lives and experienced a separation from one or both parents at some point. Due to the population, the class will lose and gain several students throughout the year. My school works hard to meet the needs of the military child. We have added an additional Kindergarten class this coming school year to better serve the students. This year we have experienced quite a blow to our budget which leaves the school with very few resources to purchase the materials needed to put together the additional Kindergarten classroom.
