Reading Center Fun! Help us create a fun reading area, we have a small rug currently and not everyone fits on the rug. We use the mini-lesson learning model for instruction and every day students are asked to join me on the carpet as we discuss our learning targets and research goals. I asked students what they felt would most improve our classroom and they responded by requesting cushions and flexible seating! Students have to sit on the hardwood floor when they are the first ones on the rug. We'd also love some games for indoor recess.
