My students are amazing! They come from socio-economically disadvantaged homes and do not have the resources or often the time spent on them to help them become better readers. They are sweet children who need a little extra love and support. Due to the fact that 75% of my children speak Spanish, there is definitely a language barrier. I want my children to excel in school and life, and my projects will help them do that!
