Welcome to my Donorschoose.org page. I am a full-time advocate for students who are gifted and I teach full-time in an elementary school program for Miami-Dade County Public Schools. I am also a professor of Gifted Studies and teach undergraduate and graduate courses in the field of Gifted Education throughout the year. While I have published in the field of Gifted Studies, my true passion is the day-to-day creation of learning and growth. I enjoy the classroom most when I am learning alongside students. Our favorite areas to explore are mythology, writing, research and presentations, audio and video making, growth mindset, and creative thinking.
