With 31 students in my class, it is very hard to give each student individual attention. These unique second graders can learn so much by listening to story books and being able to interact with the text as well as listening to their own recorded reading. They will be learning phonics as well as working on reading fluency and comprehension. This donation will drastically change these students' educational experience that many people take for granted. Many of these students don't have technology at home nor do they have educational support. By having these Chromebooks and headphones available to my students all day, it will help create a level of learning that these students deserve.
