William Booth once said, "The tendency of fire is to go out." Amid the hardships of the pandemic, my students' passion for reading has diminished. I hope to create an environment where we can reignite the passion for reading. With beanbags, floor desks, clipboards, and neatly organized bookshelves, students will be able to cozy up with good books. This will help them quickly find a book and pick a comfortable spot to read. Fostering a love of reading in my students now will instill a lifelong skill that will help them well beyond their school years. These items will also have many years worth of use, leading to the service of a greater number of students.
