Generally speaking, my students are often overlooked and underserved. It is a widely held view that my student population will only aspire to graduate high school at best. Fortunately for them, I believe in more. With the right resources, proper guidance, and high expectations, my students will always rise to the occasion. In the brief time I spend with my students, they always amaze me. Some of them come from very harsh environments where they don't know or understand some of the pleasantries that others take for granted. They look forward to school as a place of solace amidst their otherwise challenging lives. That in mind, why not give them the best learning environment possible?
