Students will be grouped in teams of no more than 3. They will be given a story and a project that demonstrates their mastery of concepts learned thus far this year (i.e., summary, theme, author's purpose, main idea, etc.). Their posters are to include a variety of colors and pictures to represent different concepts of the story. After completing the project, each group will be given the opportunity to present their project before the class for extra credit. Lastly, all of my classes will participate in a gallery walk. They will have a chance to see how others may have picked up on different things in the story that they did not.
