This project is focusing on relaxing and recharging my students. The light covers will reduce the fluorescent light glare. The sand gives them something to squish between their hands to bring them back to the moment in times of panic or anxiety. Chair foot-rollers support specific students who need to be able to move to focus- these will attach to their chairs in class. The batteries and battery charger are for the calming lights around my room which run off battery packs - trying to change those batteries to rechargeable will help the environment and show my kids that everything has the ability to reset!
