Currently, we have no iPads or computers in our classroom for student use. In a class of 29, and one teacher, the iPad will serve as a motivational tool to help support the students in reading, writing, math and certain STEM projects that we want to participate in! iPads serve so many purposes from center time to individual and personalized instruction, all while assessing and developing instruction to meet the needs of those students. The iPads will help me design my instruction to meet the needs of my students as supported by the data that I will get from certain apps and programs! It will also help my English language learners attain phonemic awareness as well as independence and confidence, while they learn this difficult yet enticing English language!

About my class
