We have all seen the huge designs made with dominoes, and then watched with fascination the chain reaction as they topple. This is an engaging activity to learn physics at an early age. My students will use Dominoes to engage in Physical Science with this STEM activity. While this activity will be great for my Kindergarten class, my plan is to open up the Domino Toppling to other interested students in Grades K-6 in an after school club. Domino Toppling teaches Cause and Effect, Force and Motion, and Gravity, while stimulating creativity. I am asking for enough Dominoes so that the students are only limited by their imagination.
