Many of the students in our class have sensory issues due to being diagnosed with Autism, Learning Disabilities, ADHD, and Emotional Disturbances. They have difficulty blocking out external stimuli and controlling their bodies and movements! They also need an outlet to expunge of the extra energy! Having headphones to "block out" extra noises will increase their ability to focus. The use of bouncy bands and cushioned seats will help our high energy workers fidget without distracting other. This is a great tool to help them self regulate and cancel out external stimuli! Please consider donating to our classroom to help our struggling kiddos!!!
