To accommodate the 3-foot spacing between students' desks, my co-teacher and I use our small group tables as our teacher's desks. Having the plexiglass barrier for each of our tables will expedite the time we take to disinfect between small groups. It will also replace our homemade PVC pipe barriers that currently block the view of the board and television for some of our students. Our classroom is not air-conditioned so the dirt and glare coming into our room can be troublesome. My co-teacher and I would like to alleviate headaches and eye strain for our students by providing blue-light-blocking glasses for them to use in class.
