I like my kids to see how science can improve the problems of the world. It leads to critical thinking and makes them see others are working hard to solve these problems. Maybe one of them someday will be one of those problem solvers. They have their notebooks they do projects in and are also taught how to organize data. I like to show them how chaos can turn into a brainstorm plan. From that chaos, we get everything in order, and we work our problem into our lecture weekly.
