My students are 5th grade GATE who are eager to dabble in all styles of learning. These children live in a low socioeconomic neighborhood, and over 85% of students receive reduced or free breakfast and lunch. These kiddos are simply lacking many of the necessary resources to learn communication, collaboration, creativity, and critical thinking skills necessary to succeed in today's fast paced 21st-century world.
