The students in my fourth grade class are highly motivated by the technology offered in this digital age. They are highly motivated when working on the computers and completing tasks that require digital response. Each classroom in our school is equipped with a Promethean board which is highly motivating as students interact with it daily. My students have benefited greatly from hands on experiences where they are able to plan, revise, and trouble shoot along the way. Located in the heart of the city, as a Title 1 school, we serve a diverse minority population. Many of our students qualify for free and reduced lunches so resources such as those being requested are often limited in their homes or in high demand for classroom use in our school setting.
