We are working as a school to be more sensitive to the emotional needs of students. Many students in our school do not have emotional tools to deal with the everyday stresses of life. Yoga in the classroom will help students calm down, focus their minds, and teach a lot of self-regulation techniques that they can use their whole lives! Students will not only gain physical exercise and body control, but they will also learn about how their breath can help them calm down. We aim to make school the place where students learn about themselves as well as academics!

About my class
