The students want to be more creative. While writing essays is important, it's not the only skill that students need and can do. Literature is meant to come alive. With the Chromebooks come so many opportunities. Students can explore the possibilities that come with sharing, making your voice heard through podcasts and online publishing. Students can use presentations and visual aids to form more creative and effective arguments. Students love games, and so many of my lessons and activities can be turned into games, turning ordinary lessons into interactive experiences. There are so many ideas. I just need the technology.
