Technology enables positive outcomes for students with disabilities who face multifaceted challenges. Technology is the driving force behind education in today's society. Numerous researches have shown the positive impact of technology on students with disabilities. A majority of my students have learning disabilities and are performing below grade level. Coming from low socioeconomic backgrounds, they only have access to learning materials at school. The only time they get to use Chromebooks is while in class. Due to push-in/pull-out special education model, my students do not have access to Chromebooks. By practicing various educational skills available online, my students' reading levels will increase as it will aide them in acquiring foundation skills. These Chromebooks with protective sleeves will allow my students to be able to access educational programs that meet their unique needs and match their interests.
