I have been at my current school for the past six years, and upgrading technology has been a slow and steady process. I have been printing students' graphs, tables, stories and project pictures on an extremely old laser jet HP that has finally printed its last page. I am thankful that I was able to print student work to display in our classroom and share with parents. Giving my students the ability to print and share their work in color will give their work life and allow anyone viewing, reading, or examining student work to interpret it with ease. With a new color printer and ink cartridges for my students will liven our classroom and inspire all students to produce great work. My students will forever come into their class and be proud and take ownership of all created work. With my class having the ability to print in color, I will now be able to support my students who don't have access to printing in black or color. I will finally not have to hear "Ms. D., we can't print in color," or "Man, it would look better in color."
