My students are very eager to learn. They are very intelligent, motivated, and love coming to school. Many of them have difficulties with behavior which can make learning a challenge for them. Our school has had a huge lack of funding in many of our departments. We are short staffed, and are often struggling to keep our students engaged and our lessons differentiated. My goal as a teacher is to help every child succeed at their own level, on their own pace.
