Alternative seating is becoming more and more popular and has been proven to create a more positive learning environment. My students are eager and capable to learn, but not thriving in a traditional school setting of table and chairs. I have many students who need to move or fidget for them to be able to stay focused to complete tasks or projects. I would like to provide alternative seating for them to be successful. I believe that these donations will improve my students motivation for learning and allow them to have a higher level of engagement of learning. The wobble seats and ball chairs will allow my more active student the movement they need while the oversize pillows will allow my other students the opportunity to kneel instead of sit to complete their work.
