The students in my special needs classroom each have different disabilities which prohibit them from functioning in a regular classroom. They have been diagnosed with Emotional/Behavioral disorders or have other health impairments (such as Autism, sensory disorders, etc.) which interfere with their learning. These students need nontraditional styles of teaching and a nontraditional classroom setting to accommodate their learning styles.
