Our classroom is just that, a regular classroom. We are not set up like a science lab. The labs and hands on activities we can do are somewhat limited. Having Chromebooks in the classroom will allow students to perform virtual labs in small groups. Chromebooks will give my students the chance to take part in research and exploration opportunities. We often use lab stations to reinforce learning. With computers, we will be able to include stations that feature videos and research. Students without internet access outside of school will be able to utilize learning games. Computers will also open up endless learning opportunities for ESOL and ESE students.
