The softball team meets twice a week throughout the entire school year, and they usually work out with shared equipment, or simply just using the environment around them. This equipment is not only sport specific, but provides each athlete with the equipment to pursue a healthier lifestyle. This is necessary in a country that consistently sees a rise in obesity rates, heart disease, and other health related issues. Access to equipment provides these athletes with the ability to work out, and fall in love with the healthy lifestyle they deserve.

About my class
