Our students are certainly up against a wall of poverty and home environments. Although we live a short drive to a very affluent area, the distance could be world away. Most of our students improve the quality of their lives just by getting out of their neighborhoods to attend school. We offer a safe and loving environment and look to spoil these students in any way we can. Most teachers provide many of their own materials due to budget restraints and program cuts but it does not stop us from wanting the very best for these boys and girls.

About my class
