Educating our youngest learners utilizing a multisensory approach is the foundation for learning. Hands-on and multisensory activities will benefit these young learners and provide them the exposure to purposeful play that they greatly need. These materials would be beneficial to our students because they are used in centers for social/emotional learning and growth with academics embedded within the activity. Using card stock to print visuals will assist in language development for our ELL students. This is a play based early childhood classroom that enhances social-emotional growth, cooperative play and development of community within the class. Using games like Trouble and Froggy Feeding fun activities will help develop social skills .
