Our students are proud of their diversity and being part of our school. It makes me so happy to see my students getting excited about their culture and other cultures. I strive to allow all of my students to feel comfortable in their environment. In our ENL room, this rug will provide structured seating arrangements for my students during story time. Not only will this rug give the students a clear sitting place, it also supports diversity with the many cultures being present on the rug. My students will be able to use the pictures on the rug to help them to add diversity and make self connections in their writing and art projects.
