These talented K-2nd students need more art supplies to express themselves through the projects we create. Many of them are always asking for colored pencils or any materials in general to take home and continue expressing their thoughts through art. I have requested art supplies that will help my students show more of their artistic side rather than just focusing on academics all the time. I had each of their names in mind when choosing materials that would best fit their needs in the classroom. My students are noticeably more engaged in lessons when they have creative freedom. I notice that the more materials they are allowed to use for a project, the more that they use their imagination to make new things.
