Purchasing books for my students will promote opportunities for students to practice reading skills on their own as well as with support at home without the stress of obtaining the resources. I would love to be able to purchase some of our favorite books that have been read aloud in class for students to have their own personal copy to enjoy at home. By the end of Kindergarten, each student will have 10 books that we have read and enjoyed in class. This will enable them to share their learning experiences and love for reading with their families while building a personal library of their very own. Each month I would like to present a new title to send home with every student that we enjoyed from our learning. Thank you in advance for supporting our love of learning and helping us build our personal library of read alouds to remember.
