Students need a variety of seating and working option in the classroom. Traditional desks and chairs serve a purpose, however having other choices such as small tables, stools, and carpet squares motivate the students to continue to learn. This donor request will provide my kids with flexible learning options. The rectangular table and stools offer a novel option. Furthermore, the small table with two chairs give a more cozy way to work. Lastly, some students will choose to lay on the carpet squares with the weighted blanket for comfort. We are very grateful that you are supporting our first grade literacy flexible seating project!
