We currently have an old keyboard in our chorus class. It does not have a functioning pedal and many of the keys are broken. I spent a lot of time this year opening the keyboard and moving the broken weights down to the less frequently used octaves; however, I'm running out of usable weights. My students deserve to have the highest quality equipment so that they can have confidence and pride in their choral program. These kids sing their hearts out and we need a piano that will be as professional as possible. When they feel confident in chorus, they gain confidence in other areas of their life; whether that be another class, on the field, or just in daily life.
