I teach in a urban school district that is struggling. My school is an neighborhood school that has students from many countries around the world. I have 17 young learners in my class. Many of the students come from poverty and I try to provide my students with many learning opportunities they may not other wise have. I love my job and the children I serve. Knowledge is power and I help each student realize their potential. You are never too young to believe in yourself!
