My students struggle with their phonemic awareness, early literacy, and basic math skills. The magnetic letters will be helpful for students to build words and recognize the alphabet and use a variety of activities to reinforce letter sounds knowledge. While in small group I can use the magnetic letters and numbers to help students with their foundational skills in kindergarten. I'm really excited about the Hot Dots and I think my students will really enjoy being able to check their answers with this interactive tool. As they progress, they will be able to use the CVC unifix cubes and CVC word building cards to build their skills. They can create words and build sentences. I want my students to have all the opportunities they can have to be successful and enter first grade ready!
