I am overly passionate about art and the benefits that it offers to everyone, not just children. It is the way to express yourself when words fail. It helps release the tensions that you may not know you truly had. My students live in a low income, rural area that makes art exploration a little harder to accomplish and I would love to give them the best experiences with the subject as I possibly can. My students inspire me every single day in nearly everything they do. Sometimes they absolutely surprise me with their abilities. I believe that they can be amazing artists, even if it is not their main focus in life. Like Pablo Picasso said "Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist once we grow up."
