The requested Oneida flatware sets, napkins, and plastic tumblers are needed so that students can create a fine dining experience for students in the Food and Nutrition class that I teach. Students will create a restaurant setting with their group and will get to invite one guest to their restaurant. This will teach students proper etiquette, place setting, and tablescape design. I believe that this project helps students to use their creativity towards something positive. Test taking is not everyone's strong suit, which is why I require a final project. This allows students to shine in my course while working learning how to work well with others.
