The effective implementation of available interactive programs approved by the district has been affected by the lack of the main screen to display contents. We have been unable to get a Smartboard or an Aver Media center due to the high cost of purchase and the absence of funds allocated for the department. The use of a Smart TV with internet and Bluetooth capability will help my students by giving them additional audiovisual options to access more effective learning choices. The use of educational videos of dramatized short stories, poetry reading sessions, and historical events footage -all included in the EDGE series program of National Geographic currently taught in the school district- plus the projection of other audiovisual components available will effectively enhance the learning experience of our ELL students.
