I want to transition my classroom seating options from basic school chairs to more comfortable and effective options. Some of the items I want for my classroom include stability balls, stools, and rolling chairs. Having an assortment of seating options will allow my students to choose a seat that they are most comfortable in and that allows them to do their best work. All of these options are great for my students who have trouble sitting still and need to fidget a bit. I also want to add a cozy book nook that will inspire my students to read more. I already have a class library, but want to make it more cozy and inviting by adding lounge chairs, warm lighting, and a rug. Some additional and much needed supplies like colored pencils, pens, and pencils will make my classroom complete!
