My students use technology, every day, to build upon their learning in our class. We use various programs that focus on target skills to meet each student's individual goals, set by the teacher. Having Chromebooks in the classroom, allows children to have access to the programs needed to meet their weekly goal in a timely matter. It also allows me to set individual goals for every student, using the data collected from the programs and classroom observation. Every student has the ability to learn in a positive, loving environment that will give them the courage to succeed in his or her adult life. Every child learns differently and at a different pace. By having Chromebooks, the class will be able to build upon the whole group instruction, as well as individual RTI plan to bring every student up to benchmark or to become advanced in our grade level.
