The desire to learn, explore and create thrives inside my classroom. Students turn in their homework with pride and proof their writing projects with care. Furthermore, my students get the opportunity to develop valuable social skills by our cooperative based learning environment. Academic rigor is pushed in 2 languages. However, my students know something is missing. Students' frustration is validated every time our computer technician repairs our desktops then has to come back to re-image them. My students can't utilize our district's online academic resources efficiently. We have a total of 2 desktops but only one works consistently. We are a Title I campus and a large percentage of my students don't have computers at home. This is a great disservice to 21st century learners.
