Computer skills are a fundamental part of education. Students that learn to type efficiently and use basic computer functions such as word processing, email and web browsing have a significant advantage over students that have no knowledge of computers. These chromebooks would be used daily to engage my students in meaningful learning. My students would be able to utilize google classroom and google docs/slides. Also, my students will be able to fully benefit from educational programs and games with these chromebooks. This will further challenge their abilities and expose them to skills needed to become successful in an ever-growing, changing and developing world. Your donations will truly help motivate my students, keep them engaged in meaningful learning, and help prepare them for their future in this technological society in which we live.
